Horizon Management

	Diane Mix - Chairman, Founder Diane, who has more than three decades' experience in the fixed income sector, founded Horizon Cash Management in 1991 and has presided over its growth ever since. She has been a featured speaker at investment industry conferences around the world and has written numerous articles for industry publications. Diane served as Director and Secretary of the Managed Funds Association (MFA), the 1000-member, U.S.-based association of alternative investment professionals. She also served as Council Member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), a 1000-member global organization serving constituents on five continents and in 46 countries. In addition to chairing AIMA's International Development Group and MFA's International Advisory Council, Diane served as Vice Chairman for World Trading Day, a significant fundraising initiative for CARE, the international humanitarian organization. She has also been active in the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Association, and was named "Trendsetter of the Year" by that organization. Diane was also honored with appointments to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) Global Markets Advisory Committee.
	Pauline Modjeski - President, Executive Managing Partner Pauline serves as Horizon's chief operating officer, responsible for the overall management of the firm. Among her many responsibilities, Pauline directs the firm's annual planning process, oversees budget preparation and maintains a close watch over all operational activities, ensuring that they conform with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, Pauline leads Horizon's client services operation, putting her in daily contact with top executives at the firm's client organizations. Pauline also serves as the firm's chief compliance officer, Horizon's senior-most executive on all compliance and regulatory issues. Pauline worked at Refco, Inc., serving that firm's funds and managed accounts business. Among her many industry affiliations, Pauline is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
	Randal Burgess - Senior Vice President, Managing Partner, Director of Technology Randal oversees all technologies within Horizon, including database administration, trade desk technologies, intranet and extranet systems, online development and telecommunication services. Randal also leads the firm's significant and ongoing research and development activity within the technology realm. Prior to joining Horizon in 2001, Randal provided website and data management consultation to several corporate enterprises, including Ernst & Young, LLP.
	Jill King - Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager Jill directs Horizon's investment management operation, overseeing several portfolio managers and the firm's portfolio analyst. With more than 18 years trading and marketing fixed income securities, Jill is experienced in all sectors of the fixed income universe, including U.S. Treasury and Agencies issues, high grade corporate bonds, high yield and emerging market debt. Before joining Horizon in 2005, Jill was managing director at Melvin Securities, where she managed the firm's investment banking effort and directed the fixed income sales, trading and syndicate department. Prior to that, Jill served 13 years at First Union Securities, where she established and managed the Emerging Market desk and was a key member of the high yield trading team.
	Brian Hurley - Vice President, Director of Marketing Brian is responsible for Horizon's marketing communications and brand-building activities. In addition to overseeing the firm's advertising and public relations efforts, Brian serves as Managing Editor of two Horizon Publications: FOCUS, a quarterly newsletter, and Basis Points, which is issued monthly. Brian has more than 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing. Before joining Horizon in 2005, Brian was President of Fairman Schmidt & Hurley, a full-service advertising agency whose clients included ABN AMRO Asset Management and Northern Trust. Prior to that engagement, Brian was Managing Partner at EURO RSCG Tatham, where he directed the advertising programs for such firms as First Chicago and Kemper Funds.
	Jennifer Wenthen - Chief Financial Officer Jennifer oversees all company accounting practices, including tax and audit functions. She also directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts for the firm. Jennifer brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience to this responsibility. Prior to joining Horizon in 2008, Jennifer was Controller at PCS, Inc. and nPhase LLC, two software development firms eventually acquired by Qualcomm. Before that she managed network operations and financial accounting for Mitsui OSK Lines, a global shipping company
